I had only removed the front wheel a few times before I took it off last week and one of the bushing retainers fell off. This appeared to me unusual but didn't give it a lot of thought and threw it all back together and went on with my business. Yesterday I noticed that the tire doesn't not turn freely and it appeared that that same side bushing retainer that fell of is sort of rubbing the axle or hub the wrong way, causing friction. I can loosen the axle a little and then the wheel is free however it's just not functioning the way it should. I can't just slap the wheel, tighten the axle and go... Is there something missing from the parts shown? Is that bushing retainer supposed to do that? The bushing retainer on the other side is well mounted, turns smoothly and doesn't come off.
