This is a digitization of the last of three VHS documentaries on Euclid Beach Park (an amusement park that operated from 1895 to 1969 in the Collinwood neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio) by Chuck Russell, Tim Young, and Stephen Kelleher. The video was upscaled to 2160p to minimize YouTube's poor handling of 480p content. For the proper 480p version, the raw captured file, and the scanned VHS cover, please see the following link: https://archive.org/details/euclid-beach-i... Full capture workflow: Panasonic AG-1980 → DataVideo TBC-1000 → Pinnacle 710-USB → VirtualDub 1.9.11 Post processing done with VapourSynth in Selur's Hybrid: 8 pixels cropped from both left and right of original 720x480 capture aspect ratio forced to 640x480 deinterlaced to 59.94 fps using QTGMC upscaled to 2160p (YouTube upload ONLY) Additional details and full scripts can be provided upon request/inquiry. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Below text transcribed from front and back covers of VHS) Euclid Beach III Footsteps Into Yesterday by Chuck Russell A Kelleher, Russell, & Young Production Four Original Scores by Pete Erfurth Running Time 60 Minutes Euclid Beach III FOOTSTEP INTO YESTERDAY A Kelleher, Russell & Young Production 1895 to 1995 Euclid Beach's Centennial Year Once again Tim Young teams up with Chuck Russell and Stephen Kelleher to bring to life, Euclid Beach Park. Opened in 1895, Euclid Beach Park would delight hundreds of thousands of people from northeastern Ohio over the next 74 years of its life. Kelleher, Russell & Young's first film effort was Euclid Beach I - Closed for the season. The first Film on Euclid Beach Park took a historical look at America's Greatest Amusement Park. Still one of the most circulated films on Cleveland's history, Euclid Beach I was followed in 1993 by Euclid Beach II - Gone Too Soon. This loving look at Euclid Beach views the park in the 1950's and turbulent 1960's. Finally, we feature the park from a different perspective than the previous films, looking at the rides themselves and how Euclid Beach Park still remains very much a part of our lives. To order additional copies of Euclid Beach I - Closed for the Season, Euclid Beach II - Gone Too Soon or Euclid Beach III - Footseps Into Yesterday, send $19.95 plus $2.00 postage and handling to Kelleher, Russell, & Young, P.O.
