Subah pressure cooker me 3 seeti lagayein. Thanda karke achhe se nichod kar grind karein (bilkul smooth nahi). 🔹 Step 2: Kofte Banaye Grind soyabean me onion, hari mirch, adrak-lehsun, besan, masale aur hara dhaniya milayein. Medium size ke kofte banayein. Medium flame par golden brown hone tak fry karein. 🔹 Step 3: Gravy Banaye Kadhai me oil garam karke jeera dalein. Onion paste bhune jab tak golden ho jaye. Tomato paste aur masale daal kar tel chhodne tak bhune. Pani daal kar gravy banayein. 🔹 Step 4: Kofte Curry Ready Gas band karke gravy me kofte dalein. Halki gas par 2–3 minute pakayein.
