Each episode we will chat with LGBTQ community heroes, sports people, activists, icons, performers, creatives, business owner and much more. This episode's guest is Kendal Walton (she/her). Kendal, at the age of 42, is the current President Dykes On Bikes Sydney, Australia’s longest-running female-identified motorcycle club, and one of the country’s oldest LGBTQIA+ community groups. One of Kendal’s primary goals during her time as President of Dykes On Bikes is to ensure the rich history of this empowered dyke women’s motorcycle club is continued to be shared with the community to ensure that the legacy lives on for years to come, as she believes it is incredibly important for the younger generations of the LGBTQIA+ community to have respect for and know where their roots come from.
