This is Pac Man/パックマン for Sharp Mz-1500 and it is a famous 1980 arcade game where you eat all the pellets (which gives you 10 pts) and get power pellets (which gives you 50 pts) to eat the ghost but without the power pellet your screwed and you get three lives and once you lose them its game over, and each stage you clear sometimes, they're will be a coffee break scene which lasts for 10 secs, and this was also on Sharp Mz-700 and got a PCG Version but I couldn't do that because I need to find a better emulator and the game keeps crashing every time I use the Mz-700 or PCG Version so that's going to take time to get through.
