Improved trunk mobility can help your body move better, stronger, and with less pain every day. Exercises in this workout are designed to help with tasks such as, getting out of bed, in/out of a car, improving golf swing, or simply moving better with better posture throughout the day. For some people with Parkinson’s disease, a lack of trunk mobility can be a severe impairment due to rigidity. Postural instability may increase stooped posture and further affect limited trunk rotation. The exercises shown can be progressively done in a variety of ways allowing you to continue to challenge yourself, and move stronger every day.
