We decided to try something different this month and interview a few incredible mothers in New York City. With motherhood comes great responsibilities…. and body changes. As you can see the application takes only a few seconds, but it’s important you know how to apply and remove our bras correctly. Here is the step by step on how to apply our Classic Cut: Test - Apply your test patch to the skin on your chest for 24 hours Prep - Please make sure your skin is CLEAN and dry. Lotions, powders, oil, perfume, makeup, sweat, sunblock or fresh spray tan will prevent the adhesive from sticking. Apply nipple covers!! Ready - Slowly peel the liner off the tape Start - Use one hand to lift your breast up to where you want it to be, and the other hand to tape the base of the boob tape above the base of your breast. Tape - While keeping your breast elevated, use the other hand to slowly slide the bra up and shape around the breast. Once you get to the base of the nipple pull the tape up and stick on to your chest taping your breast in place. Position - Rub bra to activate adhesive. Trim - Carefully trim any boob tape that you do not want to show. Removing is equally as important, so once you are done sweating/dancing the night away with our waterproof bras. Please make sure you follow these instructions: Completely saturate the tape in oil and let it soak in for at least 15 minutes. The goal is to soak the tape enough so that the oil starts penetrating and eating away at the adhesive. This will start loosening the bond between the tape and your skin. If done properly you will start seeing the tape fall off your skin during the 15 minutes. Remove - Slowly start pulling the tape off. Do not pull the tape out away from your body at a 45-degree angle. Instead pull it back against itself. Apply more oil to any spots that need more loosening. DO NOT rip the tape off like a bandaid. Finish - Use a cotton pad and oil to remove any remaining adhesive from your skin. Just like that you’re all done!
