Hopping on the red cogwheel train to the top of the 2, 244 m high Brienzer Rothorn mountain is my favorite Swiss Adventure so far. The 60-minute journey took me through colourful forests and meadows, as well as mysterious fog, before revealing a stunning panoramic view of the Lake Brienz and the Bernese Alps.
