Solo Warlord's Ruin - Dark Age Hunt (My first-ever solo Dungeon!)

Here it is: My first-ever solo Dungeon! Honestly, this was such a blast to do. I did not expect to have so much fun, or for Warlord's Ruin to be my first solo. I had promised my Twitch chat that Equilibrium would be my first solo but then Bungie announced The Dark Hunt Challenge for Arms Week. So, here we are! This was my second attempt at the dungeon. Unfortunately, I had to end my first attempt at the Locus of Wailing because of a visual migraine. I did step back for 30-40 minutes during the stream to wait for it to pass but playing so quickly after "recovering" from it retriggered it. My first attempt was quite smooth. I beat the first boss after dying once, although all my damage phases were super short because I kept missing the activation of both lamps he dropped. I got "stuck" in the jail section because I kept missing the sixth dial. At the Locus...well, the migraine flared up. During my second attempt I did wipe once at the Rathil - it was overall quite messy. The Locus of Wailing was fairly smooth, even if it was rather slow and Hefnd's Vengeance wasn't too terrible. Honestly, overall for a first solo dungeon I am not mad about it. I had 6 deaths in total and only 4 of those were encounter wipes with three happening at Hefnd's Vengeance. I must admit though: This feels like a sport, with the heart rate going up and the concentration required (I really had to cease my chatter at Hefnd) it's quite demanding but oh so fun! I am excited to try another solo Dungeon very soon and I hope Bungie will do more challenges like this during future Arms Weeks. I did complete a run Tuesday before weekly reset with ‪@theapprovedghost‬ . He has solos and flawlesses of all dungeons and solo'd some raids and raid bosses. He ran through strategies he'd used in the past for the encounters and gave some very helpful pointers and advice. I know that I would not have done nearly as well if not for our "Dress Rehearsal". Since I didn't have to invest time and effort into setting up a build (I still had my Moebius Quiver build I made for Contest Equilibrium) and stratergising.
