A day in my life as a personal trainer in Hong Kong but today was different. My first client was my 85 year-old grandmother. This vlog follows a full circle day: from coaching my grandmother through her strength training routine, to pushing myself in my own training, to eating for recovery, launching our new run club, and unwinding with friends. It's less about perfect fitness and more about how fitness fits into relationships, community, and daily life in Hong Kong.
