Tory Lanez' Appeal Decision Is A DISASTER! | Criminal Lawyer Full Breakdown

The California Court of Appeals has finally handed down their decision on Tory Lanez' appeal, and it is a biased, unconstitutional mess. Luckily I'm here as a practicing criminal attorney to break down the decision and explain just how bad it is. As we all know, Tory Lanez was convicted of shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the feet back in 2020. He was convicted and sentenced to 10 years in prison, where has has since been stabbed in a near-fatal manner. I've been following this case for years and have a deep understanding of the facts and the law, and this decision could not be more of a miscarriage of justice in my opinion. On top of the unconstitutionality on display here, this decision serves as a backdrop for Megan Thee Stallion's federal defamation lawsuit against Milagro Gramz, whom she accuses of conspiring with Tory Lanez to spread misinformation and slanderous rumors about her. What is perhaps most hilarious is seeing all of the Meg fans come out of the woodwork to celebrate and gloat this decision, while simultaneously having no clue about the facts and law that directly rebut it. It's also awfully convenient for them to sit back and be silent for three years, but now be loud and proud since they believe their side won, and the only argument they need to raise is to say "look at how the court ruled". It's the height of cowardice, and I have an open invite to anyone who wants to come on and try to defend the prosecution or Team Meg in this case.
