For women who have saline breast implants and anticipating future surgery (such as a lift or a replacement), we can pre-deflate those implants. Over the next couple of days/weeks, the deflation allows the breast to naturally retract to their underlying baseline. The saline solution is suctioned out, leaving the implant shell to be removed during surgery at a later date. It’s a simple procedure with local anesthesia and takes 5 minutes.
