Filmed on November 12, 2025 at Jörn station, which is located along the main line through upper Norrland between Bastuträsk and Älvsbyn. In this video you will be taken on a full day in Jörn, as an excellent place to experience the romance of the Norrland railway with its remote location in the enormous woods of northern Sweden. You will follow the traffic that passes through the station, which mainly consists of freight trains, but SJ Night train and Norrtåg are also visible in the video. In addition to the traffic, you will also get to experience the very atmospheric environment around the station, as well as in the community of Jörn. We filmed just when the first snow had arrived, and were therefore lucky to see when Strukton drove out with its Tc and brushed away snow from the switches in the yard. In addition to this, the video contains the trains Br, Mb, Rd2, Rc6, loco 185, loco 187, loco 243, loco 441, Tc and Td. The trains ran as Green Cargo freight trains, Hector Rail freight trains, CargoNet freight trains (Arctic Rail Express), OnRail freight trains (North Rail Express), Real Rail freight trains, Trafikverket service trains and Nordiska Tåg service trains. The town of Jörn came into being thanks to the railway and is located in Skellefteå municipality, Västerbotten. From the main line there is a cross-railway to Arvidsjaur along the Inlandsbanan. This railway section has not had any traffic since 1990, but looks like it may have a bright future ahead of it. The station building, which has been designated the most beautiful in Sweden, was designed by Folke Zettervall and was inaugurated in 1894.
