The IÉ 22000 Class, also known as the InterCity Railcar (ICR), is a fleet of diesel multiple unit (DMU) trains operated by Iarnród Éireann (Irish Rail). These trains are used for both intercity and regional services across the Irish railway network. The IÉ 22000 Class trains were built by Hyundai Rotem, and were first introduced for passenger service on 19 December 2007. The IÉ 22000 Class DMUs are formed of 3, 4, or 5 coaches, allowing for flexible capacity adjustments based on demand. The IÉ 22000 Class DMUs are equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, on-board toilets, power outlets, and information displays. These DMUs are designed to operate at a maximum speed of 160 km/h (100 mph), making them suitable for intercity travel. The KTM 91 Class is a fleet of electric multiple unit (EMU) trains operated by Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB). These trains are used for intercity Electric Train Service (ETS) train services in Malaysia, most typically along the KL Sentral-Ipoh route. The KTM 91 Class trains were built by Hyundai Rotem, and were first introduced for passenger service on 12 August 2010. These trains are formed of 6 coaches. The KTM 91 Class EMUs are equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, on-board toilets, power outlets, information displays, and a Bistro.
