Mushroom Hunting - Porcini and Chanterelles. In this video, we are on the Oregon Coast and then in the Coast Range, hunting for Fall King Porcini mushrooms and Chanterelles. We spent the day, scouring the coast to find bags full of these highly prized, delicious edible mushrooms and then head into the coast range for Chanterelles. These mushrooms grow throughout the PNW coast from October through November, are easy to identify and are amazingly delicious. I show where to look, what to look for and how to pick these incredible mushrooms and make it back safely.
