This film showcases four very different fish processing businesses from around the main centres of processing in the UK. Two are based in the north east of Scotland, vastly different in scale. Another is one of the major secondary processors in Grimsby. A fourth is a family business in the south west of England. The owners and managers of these four businesses talk candidly about the challenges they face to remain successful in today's economic climate, how they seek to overcome those challenges, what they love about the business and what their hopes are for the future of their business and their industry.
