European Railways in the 1990s Mariembourg and Couvin Stations (Belgium SNCB) on 9th May 1999

EUROPEAN RAILWAYS of the 1990s Mariembourg and Couvin Stations (Belgium SNCB) on 9th May 1999 Gare Mariembourg et Couvin The terminus for the CFV3V , which featured in the video prior to this video is here at Mariembourg. From here there is a branch to Couvin, not that far away, with a good service of trains serving the line from Charleroi Sud to Couvin. At the time of this movie these trains were hauled/pushed by an SNCB class 62 Locomotive at one end and a driving coach the other. However on this day I never witnessed a train from the steam railway, perhaps I was not in the correct location, but this is apparently where you change for the CFV3V to Treignes. I made a brief visit in this clip at Couvin (Terminus) in the late evening to capture once again on tape the same stock arriving and departing. I do hope this video entertains and evokes old fond memories of the European Railway Scene of the era.
