eQube-BI - Live dashboard F1 game - Dec 2018

The Play Station 4 game F1 2017 transmits simulated telemetry information. The game transmits telemetry information between 20 to 60 times a second. eQube-BI is a business intelligence application which has various native connectors to different applications such as Teamcenter, Teamcenter Enterprise, SAP etc. It does not connect to the underlying application database. For applications such as streaming data, eQube-BI has a streaming connector. This connector helps eQube-BI gather the telemetry information being transmitted by the F1 game, and shows a live dashboard of the race car parameters as the race is progressing. Beyond just a live dashboard, this data is also collected for future analysis such as the leader board analysis, where a drivers performance can be compared with the race leader. It also uses machine learning to deduce anomalies in the race, points where damage to the vehicle occurred, or points where valuable time was lost in the race. In the real environment, sensor data can be mashed up along with data from PLM as well as ERP or any other application. Tying up Sensor data along with design data or manufacturing data in a dashboard provide a larger picture of information and is of immense value The latter part of the analysis is not shown in this video - Watch for this space for an update soon.
