The Eldest Queen is the second map for Queen Mother V, and is currently regarded as one of the easiest Merciless Revenge maps in the game. I'll Big Bug is the first stage. It follows the trend of being exactly the same as the first stage except with a restriction, to be specific it limits you to 5 slots. While normally a pretty nasty restriction, the most common strategy for this stage only uses 5 units anyway, so it's more or less redundant. Be Bee Queen is the second stage, Queen Mother V with Bloggers, Rain D., Sleipnir and H. Nah. An actually nasty set of enemies with one crucial issue: Rain D. is the only one to spawn early on, so this stage becomes remarkably cheesable.
