The Ultimate Windows XP Gaming PC (2006 Custom-Build) - Part 1

So this is what I've been planning for a few months now. I decided I wanted to have another go at building the ultimate Windows XP era gaming box. I failed miserably at this the first time in 2012 due to the hardware I was using. At the time I was given some high-end Pentium 4 era hardware however since it had been in service for about 8 years straight it was basically dead and didn't work properly. The second time was done in 2013 with another P4 box, and even though I got a couple of years out of that system, the motherboard died again so I gave up on this project for a while. This time I decided to try it again, however I am sick of the worthless Pentium 4 junk I had previously been using dying on me, so I went for an early first gen 'Conroe' based Core 2 Duo system instead since they're much more reliable and powerful while still being era appropriate. This system has a Core 2 Duo E6700 @ 2.66 GHz, 2GB DDR2 533 MHz RAM, 750GB Seagate 7200.11 HDD, nVidia GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB GPU, and an Antec Earthwatts 500W PSU. It's actually a very overkill system for what I need to use it for; however, that's a good thing because I know I can max everything that I want out on it. I hope you enjoyed this video.
