The Story of Captain Swan from 2x05 to 7x22. If you know me then it's no secret that I love Captain Swan. I stumbled across this song and I could just imagine it fitting their story so well and then when I actually started editing I found that it fit a lot better than I originally thought. I hope any other Captain Swan shippers out there enjoy this video. I tried to pick out key moments from the couple's journey but also wanted to include my favourite moments.
