PART 1 - I recently made my first scrapbook album using a plain vinyl 3-ring binder - it was a recipe album ( • Recipe Scrapbook Album Graphic 45 Home Swe... ). I don't normally work with 3-ring binders and I didn't find much information online on how to prep a vinyl album so that I could cover it with my scrapbook paper so after I figured out a way to do it (I literally tore it apart!) I thought I'd share my method with anyone who is interested in trying it out. I hope you find this informative. I'm in the process of writing and videotaping the tutorial for making my complete recipe album.
