Follow us on my best solo explorations ever, as I spend an entire day from Egypt Lake trying to cover as much ground as possible. With an early start from camp I headed south along Pharaoh Creek towards the Continental Divide, eventually heading west into British Columbia to check out Talc Lake in Kootenay National Park. I then continued my path up & over the Sphinx Pass to return to Banff National Park which lead us to do a complete circle around Mummy Lake. The circling of the lake got interrupted by a black bear which made me divert but nevertheless returning down into the Whistling Pass & showcasing three lakes, three different valleys within two provinces & two national parks! This is a very detailed video of the area spanning 72 hours and is complemented with two other videos about the other lakes & campgrounds in the area.
