I was disappointed with this overall speed, I believed it could be faster, but it does largely match what I expected. The goal was to kill 2 ordos with in-game time as quickly as possible. If I could somehow play without the slowdown of phase like this, it would be really fast in real time, too! The mercenaries are made by leveling up officers with 3 elite skills, then swapping out of Cybernetic Augmentations, then repeating until you have a morbillion officers. Although some frigates randomly die, frigates are cheap to repair and recover so long as they aren't Hyperions, they can largely ignore most D-mods too.
