This is one of the BEST DAYS of fly fishing I've had since Jurassic Lake Lodge in Argentina. Fly fishing in the Balkans has been a dream for me. I've loved it here. The rivers are emptier than most of the rest of Europe and when you can have a day like this... it's just incredible. The weather was rainy and damp for 3 days straight, but the fish loved it, and therefore, so did I. Everything just came together on this trip. It was after a local holiday so there were no other anglers on the river, the dam released just enough water and the trout seemed to love the clouds, cold, and showers. The day was so good that I had to cut this video into 2 episodes. Make sure you tune into the next episode because the fishing gets even more insane with the biggest brown trout I've ever caught on a fly rod.
