We rented a scooter so it's easier to get around. For breakfast we tried out Banh Mi at Banh Mi 25. Then we went to Thang Long Citadel where we encountered a "USA Vietnam friendship" festival which was very interesting. After which we got to the area where the North Vietnam army generals would meet and plan their attack to liberate South Vietnam. So we got a bit of a history lesson there, before we crossed the street in Vietnam and bought some snacks for friends to try. Then we returned to the center where a crazy night market was going on, and then we tried out Vietnamese Bun Cha at a famous restaurant which was quite hidden. And the owner of that restaurant was apparently a bit famous as he had served Bill Clinton back in 2003.
