Well this was a bit of fun, trying to constrain random Geiger pings to tempo in Kyma by Symbolic Sound The GMC pings: Kyma can do one or all of three things. A) Make a trigger (0-1) B) Count the time between the pings (0 - ~), or C) Smooth time it takes to reach the new time counted between the last ping making a smoothed controller. (kinda random LFO). These triggers are injected to make things happen, the values set BPM (but quantised), which in turn sets the delay time. The BPM also controls the tempo / pitch of all the elements.
