Jovenshire and I combine Jalapeño Poppers with PIZZA!!! This will quickly become your new favorite snack, promise. RECIPE BELOW --------------- RECIPE 1 baking tray 1 basting brush 4 large sheets of phyllo dough 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese 3 sticks of string cheese 1/3 cup of pizza sauce 4 slices of pepperoni per popper 3 jalapeños 1/4 stick of salted butter 1 clove of garlic minced Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Step 1 Using a knife, cut each side off the pepper. Take out the seeds and flesh of the jalapenos. Step 2 Wrap 2 slices of pepperoni around the string cheese and stuff it into the hollowed out pepper. Step 3 Add the butter and the garlic to a microwaveable safe bowl and melt it. Step 4 Lay down the phyllo dough and paint it with the butter mixture. Repeat this process 2 more times making 3 buttered layers of dough. Step 5 Roll the pepper with the buttered dough. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Step 6 Take the peppers out of the oven and cover with sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Put it back in the oven until the cheese melts.
