This week is a realistic look at planning, strategising, and quietly building the next phase of our business. Nothing dramatic, nothing overhyped, just the real behind the scenes of a week where things are actually going well and we’re ahead of where I expected to be this year. In this vlog I share the early planning for our new venture, Elite Force Academy, why we’re doing it, and what it’s going to become. I take you along to a filming day for the Academy (until I end up freezing and head home), and then bring you into the meetings we had reviewing enquiries and planning the marketing for the launch.
