The Future of Regulation in the Data Economy

In February 2018, GSMA Europe hosted a Mobile Meetings Series event on “Data economy – Building a competitive framework for the benefit of European consumers”. During the event GSMA members, policy makers and other stakeholders discussed how the current competition law framework should analyse transactions and behaviours in data-driven markets. In this video, Rosario Baratta and Serafino Abate speak about the main challenges and opportunities for mobile operators and how does the GSMA support and promote a competitive, innovative data economy.
