2 Ultramen floated out into the Marina Harbour for the 60th Ultraman anniversary celebration. Entire event based on "Kaohsiung Winter Wonderland" theme. Food fair market & amusement park rides for the kids. Lots of inflatables to bounce around. Lots to eat at the huge spread of stalls. Fun for everyone. Nice to stroll around. Cars on the water. Easy to just walk there from Yanchengpu MRT station (鹽埕埔站) or Sanduo station (三多商圈站). Or take the LRT green light rail. The lighting was poor & they put barriers that prevented people from going closer to take photos & videos. It was difficult to get good views unless you used a drone. One film crew got on a small boat to take him out onto the water. 🫤 Besides the traffic lights displaying cute chibi Ultraman, the metro station gantries also say "Swatchi!" every time you tap your transport card on the reader.
