I’ve been visiting the sand scaping at Walcott, these last few weeks and seeing the new beach take shape. This is to help with coastal erosion along this section of the coast. The work has been a 24/7 operation and looked like a well choreographed work of art. The speed at which it’s been completed is astounding. The groynes have been buried under the sand as has the slip way down to the beach that the jet skis used and the gulls must wonder what ever is going on!! . 2 weeks later I revisit to see how it is now that life has returned to normal.
