When the wheel spins and if your channel is chosen, it will be put on the screen. Placement on the wheel or the screen is available to everyone, but not guaranteed. Members are added to the wheel immediately. Superchatters are added to the screen immediately. Channels will be featured only once per stream. **** BANNED CHANNELS **** Tuber Chat, the host and moderators must abide by YouTube's terms of service and community guidelines. While some channels who violate those terms and guidelines are not able to participate in the live chat, everyone is free to watch the live streams. No channels are ever "banned". If you cannot participate in the chat, it may be a common glitch.
