The one issue that concerns every citizen in Rockwall County is the exponential growth, which includes, housing, commercial development, traffic congestion, and of course, growth in government which means higher taxes, and is why we’re going to tackle each in turn. 34:56 a. So, let’s start with the explosive growth in housing, like master planned communities or multi-family apartments and townhomes.
