In this video you can follow along with me as I do a martial arts training routine that will help to improve your balance. This martial arts routine can be done right at home and no equipment is required. We will be doing a variety of different exercises that are very effective in helping you improve your balance and coordination. Each exercises will be 30 sec on and 15 sec off. We will repeat each exercise twice so that we can truly isolate our weak areas. This routine will also help to reduce the chance of injuries as many people suffer from injuries because they lack joint stability. This martial arts routine will work to greatly improve just that. We will also improve our kicking control, coordination and height. While also, improving our power and speed not just with our kicks but our punching as well.
