What's up everyone. Last week we went over 3 different low kicks. Today I will teach you a super easy way to set up kicks. I'm joined by my friend and teammate, John Vake. This is the first Quake Combat video at the new City Kickboxing Gym! We outgrew the old location, so now there's plenty of space. However, the skylight and huge, concrete ceilings make for inconsistent lighting and echo-y audio. I'll buy a lapel mic for future videos.
