We Have A Great Superior High Priest (Exodus 39:1-43)

📣 What is the relevance of the high priest to us today? 🤔 In Exodus 39, we see the final preparations for Israel’s worship, centred on the office of the high priest — the one appointed to stand before God on behalf of the people. His role was sacred, weighty, and necessary. Without a mediator, sinful people could not draw near to a holy God. This sermon directs our attention beyond the Old Testament priesthood to Jesus Christ, the greater and final High Priest. What the earthly high priest could only do temporarily and imperfectly, Christ accomplishes fully and eternally.
