Woody Browse for Deer is the most important part of a Deers Diet, but planting tons of shrubs can be costly . Plant propagation can be a solution to this problem . This can provide you with FREE PLANTs 🌱 In this video I will take stem cuttings or “Hard Cuttings” from 3 types of shrubs ; Red Osier Dogwood , White Flowering Dogwood & Pussy Willows. All 3 of these shrubs can be used for deer and the wildlife around my 🌿Ranch🍀, that is why I selected them. The cuttings will be cut in Febuary in the middle of winter, and placed directly in soil/dirt then left outside to take root and grow. You will follow along with me on journey thru cutting, potting and all the cuttings taking root at end of May You can do this soil propagation technique with other hard cutting plants such as FIG Trees.
