How to shoot Zillow 3D Home Virtual Tour Webinar

Hosted by im3rd Media, we invited Daniel Mudge from Rich Media Experience Growth Team at Zillow to take us through how a real estate agent and or even the seller themselves can simply use their iPhone to capture and create Zillow 3D Home virtual tour. Purpose of this webinar was to help real estate agents in state of Washington to be able to capture their own Zillow 3D Home virtual tour during the Corona Virus crisis caused a state wide Stay at Home order. Real Estate agents are the only ones (at the time of the recording) that were allow to be at a listing so the goal was to help the agents be able to create more content for their listing. Since the webinar, photographers are allowed back at the listings to be able to shoot so although it isn't as impactful but it is still a skillset that can come in handy for any agent. Professional real estate photographers will use higher end 360 camera to capture this which would make for better quality tour but as long as you have an iPhone (not sure the minimum model) you should be able to shoot this without too much issue.
