Top reviews from the United States Perfect Fit for Quarter Sheet Pan I use my Silpats all the time in my half sheet pans, so I was looking for the quarter sheet pan size. Apparently, there is more variation in quarter sheet pan size than I was aware of. The quarter sheet pan size does not fit my pans, but the Medium size fits perfectly. It was not easy to find in the Silpat search results, I had to select a different mat and then look at other size options. Also, these seem to be more difficult to clean any oil or fat off of. That may be that they’re new and I’m used to my old well used ones.
