How to clean your Dyson Micro 1.5kg™ vacuum cordless vacuum's filter unit. This film includes subtitles. To get the most out of our videos we recommend viewing with subtitles turned on. In normal use, the filter unit should be washed at least once a month. Wash the outside of the filter, rubbing with your fingers to remove the dirt. Wash the inside of the filter; hold it upright under the cold water tap and agitate using a rotating motion. Then fill the filter with water, place your hand over the open end and shake. Repeat these steps until the water runs clear. After washing, gently tap the filter unit to remove any excess water. Leave the filter unit to dry completely for at least 24 hours, in a warm place with plenty of airflow.
