The emotional moment came about half-way through the 45-minute-long interview when Kanye was remember his late fashion professor Louise Wilson. As he spoke about how much she meant to him, he began to cry, covering his eyes and Zane suggested they take a moment to leave the interview. When they returned to finish things out, Kanye said this: When they picked back up with the chat, they changed the subject, but overall throughout the interview we saw a different side of the entertainer/designer/businessman. As a side note, I highly recommend that everyone out there watch this interview, even if you’re not a fan, because it’s really well-done and the conversation is very compelling. Equally as interesting was the fact that Kanye also hit twitter yesterday with the following tweets. First it was “I would like to publicly apologize to Beck, I’m sorry Beck.” He followed up that tweet with two more that were pointed at Bruno Mars, in which he stated: I also want to publicly apologize to Bruno Mars, I used to hate on him but I really respect what he does as an artist. I also would love for Bruno to sing this song 88 Keys/Puff and I produced…I even asked Tyler to shoot the vid. . I gotta say, I’m really impressed with the fact that Kanye is opening himself up apologize to these people. You get more bees with honey – that’s what my mom told me and I think it’s really working here.
