A full set of M Graham Watercolors from Taobao?

I heard raves about M Graham watercolors. I’ll love to try them but there are several problems: 1. They are not available in singapore. It will cost alot to ship from Jackson’s art. 2. They are expensive. 3. They do not have dotcards. 4. They are only available as 15ml tubes. However, I managed to find a store selling samples on TaoBao (淘宝).
