The topic of this video is from the second chapter of plus two botany, Sexual Reproduction in Flowering Plants.Pollination is the transfer of Pollen grains from male anther to female stigma. Pollen-stigma compatibility is essential for successful pollination and fertilization Incompatibility may lead to rejection of pollen grains Therefore, artificial hybridization was developed What is Artificial Hybridisation? Artificial hybridisation is a process in which only desired pollen grains are used for pollination and fertilization. It is a method of selective breeding in Crop Development programme. Artificial Hybridisation is achieved by Emasculation and Bagging Techniques. Further Desired pollen grains are dusted on stigma, flowers are bagged again. What is Emasculation? Emasculation is the process of removing anthers from bisexual flowers without affecting the female reproductive part. This is done before the anther matures. Emasculated flowers have to be covered with a bag of suitable size, generally made up of butter paper, to prevent contamination of its stigma with unwanted pollen. This process is called bagging Advantages of Artificial Hybridisation, Artificial Hybridisation Class 12, Artificial Hybridisation Class 12 Biology in English, Artificial Hybridisation steps, Artificial Hybridisation Class 12th, Biology Sexual Reproduction in Plants part class 12 XII, Fertilization and Artificial Hybridisation, Artificial Hybridisation in flowering plants or Angiosperm, 12th bio notes, reproduction in flowering plants, how plants reproduce, ncert notes for biology, complete ncert notes for 12th biology, artificial hybridisation, artificial hybridisation class 12, emasculation and bagging of flowers in English, Emasculation and bagging techniques, emasculation class 12, controlled pollination experiment class 12, emasculation and bagging of flowers, Double fertilization, Artificial hybridization 12th, class 12 chapter 2 sexual reproduction in plants #NEETBiology #NCERT #ArtificialHybridisation #Emasculation #Bagging #Class12Biology #BioBotany #Biology #ArtificialHybridization #ReproductionInFloweringPlants #Biologytutorials #NCERTBiologyInEnglish #onlineclass #reproductiononlineclass #plustwoonlineclasses #BioOnlineClassInEnglish #plustwobotanyonlineclass #plustwobotanyreproductioninfloweringplantsinEnglish #plustwobotanyunit2onlineclass #plustwobotanyonlineclass #plustwobiologyonlineclass #class12botanyonlineclass #plustwoonlineclass #PUCBiology #HowDoPlantsReproduce #Crash_Course #Class_XII #NEET #structure_of_flower #12BIOLOGY #science #12thstdbiology #neetpreparationtipsinEnglish #neettipsinEnglish #12thbotany #12thbotanychapter2 #BiologyEnglish #class12biologyEnglish #Chapter1Botany #samacheer #scert #ncert #floweringplants #cbseBotany #Chapter2Botany #BioBotanyInEnglish #NEETEnglishMedium#Class12BiologyInEnglish #NEETBiology #PollelPistilInteraction #HandPollination #CrossPollination #Rebagging #KSCBiology #HSCBiology #PrefertilizationEvents #ICSEBiologyClass12
