Local stores and fans alike are revving up in anticipation after Penn State Men’s ice hockey team earned a spot in the Frozen Four. For the first time in program history, the Nittany Lions are going to the NCAA Frozen Four, which is being played in St. Louis this year, but back at home, Penn State fans are rushing to get their hands on anything blue and white ahead of the big game. Since Sunday night’s overtime win against UConn, stores like the Family Clothesline and student bookstore have seen an influx of customers eager to show support for men's ice hockey.
