You are you! - “What am I doing?” meditation

You are you! - “What am I doing?” meditation — I’m a little unclear of my own motivation at times. What is it that is driving me to do what I do? Is it something that comes from me, I mean am I making my own choices? True Reality is expressed moment to moment and is dependent on this relative world, just as this Relative world is dependent on the Absolute Oneness. Yet all of it is liberated and not dependent in this moment here and now. This is “Becoming.” It is without condition and constantly changing. Here I am exploring this truth again. I’m not sure why I’m called to this practice nor why it is something that has really deepened my understanding of life and practice.
