If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this YouTube channel @ https://bit.ly/3ac5djo or go to our website: https://www.masala.tv/ -------------------------------------------- Garlic Pepper Chicken Ingredients Chicken Boneless 300gms Garlic cloves 4 White Pepper 1tsp Water 230ml Salt to taste Chicken Powder 1tbsp Black Pepper 1tbsp Whole Black Pepper as required Oyster Sauce 1tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Chilli Oil 2tbsp Onion 1 Capsicum 1 Button Red Chillies 5 Corn Flour 3 tbsp Spring Onions 2/3 piece Green onion heads 2/3 Corn Flour as required Sesame Seeds as required Method In a bowl add chicken, salt, black p, white pepper and corn flour. Now shallow fry them till color. In a wok add chopped garlic, oil, chillies, green onion heads, capsicum, onion, add stock or water now the seasonings with sauces.. And now make a slurry add it in the gravy. Now add chicken. And serve in sizzler Garnish with green onions or seasame seeds. -------------------------------------------- Mini Strawberry Mousse Cake Bites Ingredients: Biscuits 12 Strawberry Sauce 125 ml Custard 200 ml Whipped Cream 400 ml Sprinkles for garnishing Method: 1. Line a cupcake tray with liners, add biscuits to the base and set aside 2. In a bowl add strawberry sauce to prepared custard and mix 3. Fold in the mix to the whipped cream in two-three batches 4. Pour or spoon the mix on top of the base 5. Chill for 4-6 hrs and garnish before serving -------------------------------------------- White Chicken Handi Ingredients: Onions 3 - 4 Chicken 1kg Garlic 1 bunch Salt to taste Black Pepper to taste Yougurt 1/4 cup Cream 1cup Coriander Leaves for garnishing Method: Cook onion and garlic on low flame and blend together Heat oil add the blended mix add salt and pepper and chicken cook once cooked add yogurt and cream Top with corriander leaves
