This was done with 8 atk power. Once you learn how to not aggro the main Headless at the beginning and how to get them into their attack loops this is extremely easy. You should stay roughly in the area I'm at for the first one to avoid aggroing the main Headless. Approach the first Headless at an angle that leaves enough room between you and the wall that you can dodge the projectiles and a blast to your right. After you get your first blast, dodge to the right, charge attack and slash once, then back up and to the left a bit to bait out another charge attack. Repeat until dead. BTW, if you happen to get the grab attack at any point, swim backwards twice. DO NOT swim to your left or you'll aggro the main Headless. For the main Headless, get close to bait the spin attack, back up then charge attack once after it's done and then quickly swim twice to your left to avoid the grab attack. Punish with a charge attack/slash combo, and repeat the process until it's dead. Sometimes you will get the blast attack after the spin, and you need to dodge that one to your right, so be ready for that possibility.
