My time in Cyprus now includes preparing for the upcoming fall semester, finishing my book projects, and spending time with those I care about. I have been a bit slow in editing all the footages I captured during the past two months, but I hope to get more done before I leave for Denver on August 20th. In this video, I show my adventure in the ancient city of Kourion. Kourion or Curium has an impressive archaeological site and a beach with a few restaurants and sunbeds. If you are ever in Cyprus, I recommend visiting this marvelous site. ----- I am a professor studying international relations. The COVID-19 pandemic robbed me of one of the two things I love: international travel. While traveling, I get to do the other thing I love: academic research. I will use YouTube to document trips and share my experiences with friends, colleagues, students, and everyone else around the world. In each country I visit, I would like to talk about its history, politics, economy, and other important social dimensions. It is my goal to learn more about the countries I visit and present my experiences with a bit of my expertise in political economy.
