Marilynn's husband, Jeff, was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2022. Soon after, Jeff joined a Canadian clinical trial. The goal of the trial was to investigate the effectiveness of combining light therapy (SYMBYX Neuro and PDCare) with exercise, on the wellbeing and quality of life for a Parkinson's cohort. Marilynn had done some research online, and decided this was something worth trying. His improvements surprised her, and she anecdotally observed throughout the course of the trial that 'We always used to do crosswords. I would ask him questions and he couldn't answer them...Now he can answer them.' The full results for this exciting Canadian trial are now out! https://www.mdpi.com/2077-0383/14/21/... or linked in bio. 🔗 Link in bio to read the full paper. 🎥 Watch Marilynn and Jeff's story above. 💬 Comment your thoughts on light therapy for Parkinson’s. #lighttherapy #photobiomodulation #parkinsons #parkinsonsresearch ==== *Individual results vary.
